"I came to the store in search of a cover and spark plugs. The store was neat and clean. The associates in the store cheerfully greeted me as soon as I came in the door. Jessica engaged me in conversation and made sure I had the cover I needed. Then, since I didn't know which spark plugs I needed, she looked it up, wrote it down for my reference and then located the ones I needed in the store. The associates are friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you!"
"After my visor shield screw popped off for the second time, and after I’d replaced one set for 20 bucks, I brought the helmet back to explain the situation hoping at best to get some free screws and glue them in until I bought a new helmet.
I told the manager about what had happened and he went through the trouble of contacting his district manager to get authorization for replacing my helmet straight out. I left with a new matte black helmet (free) and a couple other things that my improved mood convinced me to buy.

"Walking in to Cycle Gear was the first time I had walked into any shop to look for riding gear. I was very nervous, anxious and over whelmed when I first walked in. I am looking to start riding and I wasn't 100% sure on what I was going to get or what the best options were for me but Courtney was great and was able to help me find my helmet and answer any questions that I might have had. Once we got going, she set my mind at ease and def. made me feel like no question was a dumb question and I was able to walk out feeling more excited and comfortable than when I walked in. There was another gentleman there that also greeted me and helped me on my next visit (unfortunately I don't recall his name), he was great too. He helped me try on some of the women's jackets and see what kind of fit I would be most comfortable with. Over all the staff is awesome and the inventory is great. I really like having the option of going online and checking a few things out and going into the store to try them on. "
